Poor Service

I had brachioplasty in 2022 but only just built up the courage to do a review as i am extremely embarrassed of my arms. I had to loose weight to have this surgery done and Mr Floyd did explain my arms wouldnt be small due to me being over weight how ever they are worse now than they were before i cant wear short sleeve tops as people ask all the time what is wrong with my arms .
