Do Not Use This Plastic Surgeon.

I am very disappointed with my experience with Dr. Brett Garber. I had a brachioplasty performed by him, and unfortunately, I was not happy with the results.
During my surgery, liposuction was not performed. Afterward, I was unhappy with the appearance of my arms and returned to Dr. Garber to discuss my concerns. He recommended that I undergo two additional procedures to address the results—one for liposuction and another for skin tightening.
Before proceeding, I decided to seek additional opinions from two other plastic surgeons. Based on those consultations, I ultimately chose to have the surgery repeated by another plastic surgeon, who addressed the issues that I was concerned about.
Having to undergo another surgery and deal with the additional expense, recovery, and emotional stress was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend Dr. Garber based on my personal experience.
