The Perfect Doctor for Me

I couldn’t be happier. I can finally see how all my years of working my arms paid off

Healing continues. Scars fading. Had my 6- month follow up. Dr. Zarrabi gave me a steroid injection to help 1 small thicker area of the scar. He did that on the other arm last time and it really helped. I’m so happy with the results. I see the muscle definition I always knew was there!! Next appointment in 6 months. I’m also really glad I had my scar put under my arm instead of along the side. The doctor says there’s less spreading of the scar when it’s done under the arm. I will just be sad to leave his care in December. Maybe I need to schedule more surgeries? Ha ha!

I continue to be over-the-moon with the way everything is looking. The part under my arm pit is a bit darker than the rest but I’m not concerned; that part doesn’t even show in clothes. I continue to wear the silicone tape so I think that part will continue to improve. I do have some sensations on the upper part of my arms that feels like I’m wearing bands around them. The numbness has gotten better but not totally gone.
