Looking forward to sleeveless tops this summer for the first time

Hated my saggy arms after losing and keeping weight off. Never able to show them at all. Only three months out from surgery and I'm looking forward to sleeveless tops this summer for the first time. Asked Dr. Shafran to be aggressive with removing as much as possible and he didn't let me down. I always felt comfortable speaking with Dr. Shafran and his staff. Everyone was always so helpful and knowledgeable. Totally worth it and I would do it all again.
