Bella Vou Gave Me the Wings to Fly!

Over a period of 7 years I gained 5 stone. I have lost half that weight through sensible diet and a lot of exercise, but it left me with such bad bat wings that I felt I could never reveal my arms to anyone ever again. I would swelter through summer rather than wear anything sleeveless. I stopped playing tennis, my favourite sport, and I gave up looking for a new partner.
