Three months post!

WORTH IT$13,000
Today marks the three month post-op date for me! I’m definitely ready for the scars to start fading from a red/purple to white, but that will take time...grateful we’re heading in to winter so I can cover up for a bit. Overall, I’m feeling exceptional. It turns out I did NOT have an infection but a festering suture. I had this surgically removed, in-office 2.5 weeks ago, and the pain is GONE! My sutures started releasing on the left, finally, too, so everything is looking really good. I’m thrilled with my lipo results and am seriously excited for summer next year to flaunt this new bod! My confidence is through the roof! The wrinkles on my arms are from my scar strips, FYI.

I think your scar looks amazing....2 weeks til my consultation!!!!
They’re healing really, really well. I’m ready for them to fade, but I’m thrilled overall.
The scar is the only thing that is giving me pause but my tummy tuck scar doesn't bother me at all so I'm hoping that is the case with arms
You look fabulous. Good for you! I hope my results turn out like yours. I am one month out and freaking a little bit. My left arm really is painful in the incision line. I cannot straighten my arm and lifted up to my shoulder. My shoulder does not hurt it is a tight and burning pain in the incision line. Not sure this is normal. My doctor is telling me to finger crawl the wall but it is so painful in the arm and armpit suture line I cant do it. My other arm feels fine, just tight. Have you heard of such a thing?
I wasn’t able to extend or move well until after five weeks. Wall crawls are awesome and help stretch the incision and scar. If you want to private message me, I’ll give you my email and show you what exercises I did. Tell me a little more about your pain - my left side has been a booger. The left is directly connected to the heart and has a different lymph system, so the healing tends to be different. I was SO freaked out with how my left side looked until about two weeks ago. You’re gonna be okay!
Hi private messaged you. Let me know if you received!
Hello,

I'd love to see the scar now! I am heading in for the same surgery.

Lipo results - 2 months out

I realized I’ve been focusing heavily on my arm lift results, and, while they’re amazing, I also had lipo of my abdomen, mons, and thighs. Here’s a before and current shot of my abdomen at two months! I’m so stoked!! I had NO fat transfer to my rear, but my results make my waist look so tiny, and the curve of my low back is now more pronounced, giving the illusion of a curvier butt. I’m LOVING it!!

8 weeks out!

Hey all! Weeks six to eight were a little strange. I ended up with a small, treatable infection on my left side, and most of my healing seemed to stall a bit. After a week of cephalexin, I can easily tell you that I am fine, and it was no big deal, albeit painful. I had a red, painful spot near my left elbow that got worse over two days, two weeks ago, so I called the doc. After my first dose of meds, no more pain. Modern medicine is amazing, and I’m glad I acted quickly! My incisions and scars continue to heal beautifully, and I’ve been using silicone scar strips for two weeks. I am beyond thrilled with the overall shape and artistry with both arms and have absolutely zero regrets. I’m more puckered still on my left side, and my right side has been healing at a rapid-fire pace. All will smooth and even out in time, and the left is slowly catching up to the right.

Hi! Did you Doc say why an infection occured this long post op? Glad you are healing!
More than likely, it was a rogue suture internally that got irritated. It looked quite a lot like cellulitis, which is more common several weeks post op. Easy to clear up!
I have a ? about your mons lipo. How did he come out? Did you have droopy skin after? I want the part of mons lipo where the hair grows at the top. Is that where you had yours?
Hi! Yes - that is where I had mine done. Your entire crotch will be super swollen and purple for a few weeks, but it dissipates quickly. No loose or saggy skin for me, but I also did not have much there - just enough to make me self-conscious in yoga pants.
I don't have much either but just enough that if you tap it, gross, it jiggles. I can't see it in clothes at all but in underwear you can. I am probably older than you so any lipo, I need to be aware of loose skin right after. I had my knees done this past September and was lucky I only was left with one crease on my right knee. So if I don't have any after I will be so happy.
I’m 38 but am a major weight loss case, having lost 120lbs without surgical intervention. Loose skin is a huge concern of mine. If it makes you self-conscious, do it. The only reason I did was because I’m a dancer and wear tight clothing often. It made me very insecure in leotards and yoga gear. Lipo is also no joke, though - it’s not deeply painful, but I am still moderately tender two months out.
