I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Baumholtz for a plastic surgery consultation, then surgery, and follow-up for a Brachioplasty (arm lift). I am thrilled to share my positive experience. Despite the clinic's reputation for catering to the upper class, I was treated with the utmost respect and care as a middle-class patient, which I deeply appreciated. Kat, in particular, stood out for her exceptional service. She was attentive, genuine, and went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor made a significant difference in my overall experience.
The communication at Dr. Baumholtz’s office is outstanding. The use of the Symplast Patient app is a game-changer, making appointment reminders and inquiries incredibly easy and convenient.
