Arm lift & chin lipo - minimal difference & large scar

I had full confidence in him, it was the second time I went, but this time he made a lot of mistakes. I underwent an arm lift and chin lipo, I find my arms with a lot of skin and fat that has not pulled, a minimal difference compared to the arms I had, with a large scar in addition. the right arm is much larger than the left and has many bumps and depressions, furthermore the scar compared to the left is much higher and therefore visible from the front. in my chin I find the right part swollen and full of bumps, as if the whole right side of my body had been operated on by another person! every time I tried to contact them they told different excuses, making fun of me, instead of acknowledging the mistakes and coming halfway to fix them. I will have to contact another doctor hoping that he can fix all this crap, believe me it is their fault I fell into depression!! once they take the money they don't care about you anymore!!!
