After 1 month no limitations. Last week for the first time po sleefless. Scars already fade. 2 times a day cicaplast. It was a very easy recovery. I hope that in a few months my scars are almost invisible.

Feeling very good. I can do almost everything, but avoid lifting heavy things.
Incredible how it heals. I am now day 14, the only thing that is difficult is sleeeping on my side. I post a new picture in 1 week.

Your pictures are making me SO excited for my surgery! They look great!
It goes really fast. I am now 2 weeks po and I can do almost everything. On the places of the incisions is the skin still sensitif and a bit itchy. Don't see scartissue.

Day 9
At non, went to ps. He removed the black wire and knots. Steristrips stay till weekend. Red spots are no infections but the places where the knots were. I have no restriction, can do everything. Happy.

It looks really good! I'm excited for my surgery coming up on Nov.6th.
I’m 5 weeks post op still in a lot of pain. Feels stretchy and burning sensation and very tender. Still a little swollen at bottom of cuts. Keep wondering when it will feel easier. I’m 65. Would appreciate some feed back please

I had no pain after the armlift.Only the first day I needed 1 tablet paracetamol. I think that you have still pain because of the swelling. Try to keep your arms high. When you sit, take two cushions on your lap en put your arms on top. That helped me always.
