67 yr old, 145lbs,5’9”: Runner all my life, weight stable 145-160lbs for 30 yrs. 15 yrs ago had lipo on my arms !

I am a young 67 yr old who wears sleeveless shirts all the time. Now too embarrassed! Is there hope for me to ever fix this ness? I am afraid of a long incision b/c seen others and they scar and look frightening. Thermage has been suggested but worried I am too old to truly get any kind of results!

I just started researching this today!
Do not waste your money on any lasers. I've done them all with no success. Once there is only loose skin they don't work, they need fat to tighten to make skin look smoother. They don't work at your age. Your only hope is surgery, I have many clients that have done it and the scars have faded beautifully. Just get many consults and use the right plastic surgeon!

I'm just researching this, as well and you & I are the same age, height/weight and in very healthy shape. I will never do the long scar,I've seen several over the years and far worse than some aging loose skin, at least to me. But the Drs doing a crescent under arm with 3-4" scar from armpit seem worth a consult. Im more concerned about the "side-boob" at armpit juncture that has occured :(. The lasers and fat freezing just gives more loose skin... Good luck !
