3.5 weeks post update
Time I posted some updated Pics. I had 3 week checkup on 10/9. Removed the tape (which I had found online and re-applied) and said I was doing well. I asked to be re-taped underneath because I know the more you stabilize the scar line, the less it stretches as it heals and becomes larger. So, I want to stabilize. Dr Nakimura said if that is my comfort zone, that is fine and they re-taped underneath and he sent me home with the rest of that pack of strips. I have since ordered a box online.

Had my 1 week checkup with PS on Friday 9/28. they removed tape (I did not have any exterior stitches) and said looked great. He told nurses to re-tape me and come back 2 weeks. I am still a little bruised, but it has slid down to my naval!
He was happy with that. Said if the bruising had been on my breasts he would be concerned, but below and downward meant fluids/blood, was draining away from the treatment area.
I took a couple new photos tonight. you see I am still taped, but I am loving these things!
I will say this - I have scheduled an appointment with a facial PS for neck lift options. These photos have made me realize what my man must see when I am 'aboard', so to speak!

Nothing new yet
Today is 6th day after surgery. I still have the bruising - it is more below my breasts on the upper abdomen area. I just want it to all go away so I can see how pretty my boobs are without that distraction!
I will say this:
one the day of surgery, I weighed 119.5 that morning.
Next morning I weighed 133! Now, mind you, I am not eating much. light soup with a lot of broth for lunch and a smoothie breakfast is it. Meds do not make me feel hungry. I do drink a lot of water, but always have.
Next day I was down to 129
I have dropped 1/2 lb per day since.
Today I was 126.
I know all this built up weight has to be the fluids that are draining from the wound site and my body absorbing and casting it off. Body is also probably hoarding fluids to help it heal.
I know some doctors insert drains and maybe that would account for some of the fluid weight I have? Dr. N did not use drains or stitches on outer flesh. I think I am going to heal beautifully with no real scar damage because of this approach.
I know it will take several months, but I cant wait for final results! I will post photos soon.
