Looking to improve my self esteem.. This is something for me. . I have 3 beautiful Children but I'm not going to have any more. . So it's time to work on me and improving areas that are well over do. . My goal is to start over again And maintain my new improved shape. . Is been a while since I've seen a size 7or 9... I think I'm too hard on myself but I know this has to happen and I'm truly blessed to have such a Supportive husband my kids even support me do I'm super excited..
