I will forever be grateful to Dr. Kotis and his wonderful staff. I am 39 years old and have had three babies via cesarean section. After losing almost all of my baby weight; I appeared to still look as if I were 5 months pregnant. I learned that I had a severe recti diastasis (muscle separation) and umbilical hernia. Dr. Kotis and his staff treated me like family at each visit. It has just been a short time out of having my surgery, and I have been so happy with the results and recovery.
