I just see a trend of people throwing the surgeons under the bus when it's not their fault. There's only so much they can do and if the patient isn't matching efforts the results are usually substandard at best.

i understand they can't make miracles. like you said, i have a lot of loose skin. i workout 6X a week and i see my trainer 2X a week and on top of that i am eating a lot better. thank you for the advice! i appreciate it :)

Your so welcome Sweetie and I really believe you have the power to amaze yourself. We all do but sometimes it's just hard to believe. The hardest part however is the start and it will/does get easier, I promise. And also, I recently found out that there are body wraps that actually not only aid in gradual inch loss but can also help to tighten skin. I was at a fitness convention and was astounded by their live demonstrations. It may help tremendously so please google it and check out not only the ones sold ready made but also the recipes they have for making your own. Again you are so welcome :) You seem so nice and I hate seeing people sad after going through so much to be happy. My mom actually experienced that so I suppose my vicarious sadness for her struggles contributes to my ever constant desire to help. Yes, that actually was the brand that was there and from what I'm learning they are quite popular. The lady running the booth had a little tent set up, which enabled her to do wraps onsite. I didn't have one but saw a woman tht actually had her neck wrapped and the difference was just crazy. I don't know how on earth the results could be so dramatic but It really is incredible that such wonders actually exist. Lol I've always assumes such things to be more wishful thinking than effective but am most pleasantly converted to the contrary when it comes to this stuff. There are some great recipes tht are rather simple too. The longer you leave it on, in conjunction with firm contact, the better And if you have your compression garment you should wear it or get a new one and do so. Compression will help too and I swear when done regularly it has a smoothing and shaping effect tht seems to be permanent when joined with toning and excercise. I think that's because it prevents lose skin from volume loss. The best part is that as your midsection tones, it will actually "pull" the inner thighs upward somewhat which will result in an amazing difference. That plus toning up around where the Lipo was will be jaw dropping and you can do it all yourself and have the satisfaction of knowing you did. You've made it this far and that speaks volumes about your strength and courage. You can do this ;)

they told me to put a tightening cream, but i know thats not going to work. and to come the following month to see the improvement. i been doing this since i got the surgery done.
