8 years ago I went through a lifestyle change that started off in a negative way. I became depressed and lost a lot of weight. Change is inevitable my future is a choice and that is the motivation that got me on track to a healthy lifestyle. I dedicated myself to working out and eat healthy and I came a long way. I was so happy with my body but the with all the hard work I lost a lot of weight in my breast and they became saggy and flat. Breast augmentation was my new goal. The surgery was well worth it. Its hard to go slow getting back in the gym but they change is worth the time. Understand this is a major change and there is pain but minimal and tolerable. Dr. Kotis is a master of the trade and definitely prepares you for this new journey you are about to embark on.
