I have been reading all of these stories and what brave women are out there. I am so nervous and scared that when I get them extracted I will have nothing. I went from a B-C to a DD and now that I have gained weight I am at a 34 H. This is going to be a new adventure. I will post pictures soon, I am work now.

You sound just like me! I have my explant scheduled for Monday at noon! I was a A/B cup before implants & I am now a 30FF/G. I am having mine removed under local anesthetic. I am having the capsules left in & I am not getting a lift or other implants put in. What kind of explant surgery are you having??
I am so happy to have this sight. I know my boobs will look rough for the first couple of months but I am hoping they voice back to being ok. Our bodies can do amazing things!! If I am still not happy after 6+ months I will reevaluate with the possibility of either getting a lift or a lift w fat transfer (depending on how much natural breast tissue I have left).

I'm not quite sure what type of explant. All I know is that they are going in where the original inscision was and then taking them out not sure if the Dr. will do an internal lift or something else, I went in to see about getting a reduction but I didn't know that they couldn't do that and take the implants out at the same time. I didn't do a lot of research on the actual surgery, all I wanted was to be smaller and my back,shoulders,and neck to stop hurting. So when he said I needed them out first and then after they had healed (6 mos ) then we could reevaluate. I am hoping that they will look good and I won't have to have the reduction.

That is exactly the same advice my PS gave me. To get them out & reevaluate later on down the road!

Please share your after experience with us. I too went from a 34B to a 34 DD and have regretted it ever since. I asked for a large C/small D and got more than I bargained for and then gained weight with age. I'm now 39 with no children and I look fat in EVERYTHING. I'm scared for the after effect. Your story will be very helpful to many I'm sure, especially me. Thank you! ❤️

No turning back now. The surgery is paid for now for the wait. 2 weeks from today and I will be implant free. I am excited but so nervous at the same time.
