I was to write my experience with this because I’ve read a lot of bad reviews on this. Mostly has to do with their customer service is what I've noticed, which sucks because that’s that should be number one besides their product itself.

Day One- Photo Assessment was submitted successfully
Email from smile direct club for consent of treatment.


So they said they would let me know in 48 hrs if i get approved or not..... its been 3 days and nothing. BUT they did not hesitate to charge my card. Ugh
