I feel like the temporaries looked a lot better should I ask my dentist to shorten my veneers? my top veneers are so long it covers my bottom teeth? What should I tell the dentist please help! It's been a couple days and I just don't smile. I do not know what is wrong any recommendation would be very helpful. Thank you

First, I'm sorry to hear you're not happy about your results. That's the worst. You have a great smile but I agree the veneers are not in proportion to your bottom teeth and that they are creating an overbite (not to be confused with an over jet where they stick forward). You should be able to see about half or more of your bottom teeth when you smile. Definitely go back to your dentist and tell him/her that these need to be a bit shorter and less bulky. Ask whether there are any limitations or reasons that you cannot get closer to your ideal (e.g., your existing jaw/teeth structure, durability of veneers, etc.). I'm sure you won't be the first who has had these concerns and I'm sure you'll be back in a month or two posting a new update about your great results. Best of luck! And in the meantime, you look nice so do keep in mind that we're always hardest on ourselves.

They look nice, but I agree they need to be a little smaller. I had my FIRST Dentist just refund me and I went else where and I am in the Process now of the REDO. Mine were too big too and did not match. It is awful to have to do it over so a refund is the least he can or she can do. I am wearing a TEMP over my teeth now and get my veneers on JUNE 1 ST. I will post the ordeal then. I hope this SECOND set is good because I started it in FEB and it has been a LONG process.
Good Luck To You.:)

They look great!!! My natural teeth are longer as well and have always covered my lowers. Honestly, coming from someone who has never seen you I would NEVER know that they are veneers. They look awesome! So natural! Don't sweat it :)
