You look fabulous! I'm having surgery with Dr Guerra December 21! I'm going with 390cc anatomical silicone and thought I was going kinda big? Did you get the numbing injection that lasts 3 days?? Also, do you think the scar treatment is necessary?
Hello. I went with Dr Guerra and got the 395cc anatomical textured mod profile on October 2. I did not get the numbing injection and I did fine. It hurt but it was manageable. I do have a high pain tolerance though. It really depends on what you think you can handle. Good luck to you. I'm loving mine so far.
Hi! Sorry I wasn't back on to respond!! Oddly they didn't talk to me about a numbing injection-maybe that's not an option for round?

I went with 450 and 425. It sounded big to me and honestly it looked big while swelling was coming down (it takes awhile!). I love them now. Everybody's body is different. Dr Guerra is very experienced with these procedures. Everything has been exactly as he told me. I have total confidence in him. As long as he understands what you want to look like, I imagine his suggestion will be perfect!

As for scar treatment, I have been waiting for so long to do this that the additional money was worth it to me. I got a good discount and felt I didn't want to wonder if it could have been better. I honestly was impressed by how they looked a week after surgery though (before any treatment). He is good at what he does. They never looked scary.

Pics from last Sunday-4 weeks

I'm doing more aggressive massages now. I'm seeing and feeling a big difference from this- I'll post again later this weekend.

The scar treatment is working really well. That's after 1 treatment.

I'm released to run, spin class, lower body workouts, pretty much normal life aside from upper body lifting. It's awesome!

At my appt they said I'm still really high and tight, but after the new massages I'm seeing real changes this week. They said it's just going to take time-which I already knew and expected.

OMG look at your non-existent scars Alana! dang I wish I could've gotten on to that scar treatment - they really need to start exporting outside the US. You are looking fab. :)
