Areola reduction surgery - my areola stretched out bigger than my original size

Not Worth It.
I have had 2 areola reductions surgeries. The first was in november 2021. The first few months were great - but then my areola stretched out bigger than my original size. I had them re-done in October 2022 and now, December 2022 (2 months post op), they have stretched out a little again. I’m sure they’ll stretch out to the size they were or more, originally.
In heinsight I would not have had this surgery. If i knew they were going to stretch out I would never have gotten this surgery. I’m so upset.

Do you have permanent sutures?

No, they’re dissolvable but supposedly last for 9 months before dissolving
Have you thought revision with perm "purse string" I've read it's the only way to retain the size
Do you have any updates on how the second revision went?
