WORTH IT

Having had a complex for many years, I took the huge leap and contacted Charles. From the start he was calming, helpful, thoughtful, informative and a thoroughly nice man. He answered my questions, allayed any fears and fully explained the procedure and after care. To say he has changed my life may seem a tad dramatic, but for me he has done exactly that. I have more confidence now and my only regret is not contacting him sooner than I did.
