6 Months Post Op

Hello Everyone!
I am sorry it has taken me so long to write a post. Like I wrote in my earlier post I was told my plastic surgeon that I may need a thigh lift. Not only did he think that but so do 10 doctors who answered a question I posted here on RealSelf regarding my thighs. I have not seen the doctor my Plastic Surgeon told me about because honestly, I do not have time to see him and a lot is going on.
Because I go to school in FL and was hardly home for my short winter break I did not have time while I was home but some other big changes are coming. I am graduating from college in May and from June-August I am working at a sleep-away-camp and from September to January I am going to be in Israel for an internship. Not only that, but my mom has recently moved from Philadelphia to San Francisco so if I were to get this procedure done it would not be for a while because of how busy I will be and moving across the country.
As far as my tummy tuck I am so SO happy. I think my scar looks great, it does not bother me at all and I am enjoying my flat tummy. I will not lie that although having the surgery has helped my body image I do become a lot more self conscious if I think I am bloated or gained a couple pounds, it is more obvious because of my flat tummy!
It is so worth it though and I am so happy!
Also, I am attaching photos of my stomach 6 months post-op as well as my thighs. Unfortunately I cannot find good photos of my thighs pre-op but I have photos of my thighs and stomach six months post-op

Had Post-Op Appointment

So I am almost 5 months post-op and could not be happier with my results. I think my scar from my tummy tuck looks amazing and I could not be happier with the results.
I should mention that it is hard to see my plastic surgeon because I am from Philadelphia but go to school in Florida. The last time I saw my doctor was around 3 1/2 weeks post-op so it was great to see him.
The one concern I had and still have are my thighs. In addition to my tummy tuck I also had liposuction done on my inner and outer thighs. Before I had my surgery and during my pre-op appointments I was told I may need a thigh lift. My doctor told me that because it has been almost five months the results I see now are most likely not going to change. My doctor does not perform thigh lifts and he gave me the name of a surgeon. I need to make an appointment to see that surgeon the problem is that I am hardly home. I am leaving in two days for Israel for 10 days, then seeing my grandparents, then I go back to FL for school on January Fifth.
I hope to make an appointment in the near future to see if the other doctor believes I would be a good candidate for a thigh lift.
I know that this is another surgery but like I said before I have finally lost weight the healthy way and am only 22 years old. Do not get me wrong, I am so beyond happy with the results of my tummy tuck and started to wear bikinis for the first time in my life, but if there is a procedure that can help me with my body image even more I am open to it.
Attached is a photo of me in a bikini when I recently went kayaking in Florida. You can see on my left inner thigh the dent I am referring to. My doctor told me that there is so much lipo can do with the amount of excess skin I have.
If anyone has had a thigh lift can you give me any advice?
If you had also had a tummy tuck do you think a thigh lift is a harder recovery because you have two long incisions on each leg?
What was the recovery like?
Happy Holidays to everyone!

Dr. Bucky is absolutely outstanding. He really knows what he is talking about and has his patients best interests in mind. His staff are so professional and courteous. His nurses are incredible and are always available to answer questions. I had my surgery done at Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia and stayed overnight in what is called the pavilion that he suggested would be a good idea. I cannot even imagine how I would have survived that first night without staying in the hospital. A tip I would give to anyone getting a tummy tuck in the future is to stay in the hospital for the first night if possible. Many websites say you need someone to stay with you for a week if you live alone. I really disagree from this and believe you should have someone who can take care of you for the first two weeks at least. *Note-the procedure cost does not include how much anesthesia cost as well as the stay in the hospital for one night.
