38 Yrs, 1 Child - Pregnancy Destroyed Me! Tummy Tuck, hernia & diastasis repair, lipo to flanks & Chin Lipo - Melbourne, AU

Asked my partner to take a few pics of my neck and chin as we are sitting on the couch. That pad of fat is still there, it just makes me want to cry

Just looking at the photos from pre surgery and then today and wondering if I'll ever get rid of these chins? Maybe a chin implant would fill out that area? Urrrggh, I'm just not feeling as confident about the outcome as I thought I would be.

Would love to hear people's opinions.

So about 2 months after my operation I had a follow up with Howard and after close inspection of my scar he's having me come back in for a revision. Basically he wants to cut a sliver of skin around the knotty part of the Scar and re-stitch it. He's also realised he was too conservative on the lipo and he wants to go back and do more - as well as tighten up some of the skin (it was swollen after surgery but starts to give a little as it heals).

I'm so relieved that he's said this. It's a lot of money to pay, to not have the result he told me to expect. I still have a thickness around my trunk and he actually said that I should be a lot flatter and smaller.

I'm concerned about under my chin also. It seems the pocket is still there, but he's told me to wait 3 months (after the operation date) and it should be fine - that it's still swollen and I need to just massage the area.
