Human Sharpei Cured by The Michelangelo of all Surgeons! Arm and Lower Body Lift Review - Melbourne, AU

Having always been a big girl of 172cm and an emotional eater, I let myself slip into food oblivion and peaked at 116kg. Through diet alone I lost 35kg. Now at age 40, I have kept it off for 5 years but it is an every day battle, my body desperately wants that fat back! What was truly disappointing was even though on the surface I looked smaller, under my clothes was a body that would cause such despair that my loving partner of 20 years had never even seen it... yep, I was THAT ashamed. And very angry too, watching everyone around me stuff in the pies and cakes while my lunch was an uninspiring protein smoothie. I felt I was suffering and for what?... for a body that for lack of a better word disgusted me. My arms particularly caused me the most grief, I could conceal the folds of flesh around my body with restrictive support garments but the sagging skin under my arms could not be hidden. Clothing had to be bought 2 sizes larger to fit them in making me look even larger.

After finding arm lift procedure uncommon in NZ, I wanted someone who had extensive experience with weight loss surgery. I found Mr. Richard Bloom on this website and chose him almost solely on the review of one patient (please read appleskinny1 if you need more convincing). My consultation was for an arm lift but while I was there wanted to know how much more weight I would have to lose to have a tummy tuck. To my astonishment he told me not to lose any more weight and that what was encasing my body was not fat but in fact skin that could be removed with a lower body lift. I was shocked! I have only lost 35kg but Mr. Bloom told me I have the skin that would suggest a 70-90kg weight loss... you could say I was a human shar-pei!
I appreciated Mr. Bloom's straight forward honest approach. His skill as a surgeon is pure artistry and the results nothing short of amazing. I still have some healing to do and am considering a second procedure to address my upper body issues but already the result has exceeded all my expectations. My stomach is flat, my butt taut and my arms a work of art. Even my lady bits have been lifted and changed for the better. My thighs look smoother and I don't know how he's done it but my legs even look longer! I was hoping to keep my surgery a secret but with such sudden and dramatic results, I doubt that will be possible.
I was even able to go on an exotic 3 week holiday just 26 days after my op and wore a swimsuit without a coverup for the first time ever and I felt great! In the near future I hope to switch to a bikini, something I would never ever have dreamed possible!
I do believe that if I hadn't met Mr Bloom, my despair and anger would've gotten the best of me. I would've slipped back into my old ways, gained all of my weight back and then some. It is for this reason I think he has saved my life, this may sound overly dramatic but it's true... I can now look forward to a future where I feel inspired to be healthy, and live a longer, happier and more fulfilling life and for that I will be eternally grateful.
If you are considering an arm lift, body lift or any surgery, don't hesitate any longer. Put your trust in Richard and his team. My only regret is I didn't do it sooner.
