The Downtime is Far Longer Than Promised!
Aqualyx had no effect on me any my double chin - however I must admit I didn't go religiously every few months like they suggest, and that was because I was still sore for at least 3 months afterwards. I think the 'swelling for a few days and then you're normal' advertising for this is very deceptive. Sure, the 'bullfrog' stage may be over, but you're still puffy. So for that reason I could only get it done in cold months when I could hide behind a scarf. Then there was the inevitable break over summer. Would I have had better results (or any at all) if I'd had my appointments closer together? Maybe, but with a sore and stiff neck three months later, there was no way I was going in for more.
