Approved for breast reduction with United Healthcare

I received notification that my breast reduction was approved on October 16th, 2018 and I have scheduled surgery for December 6th. I have my pre op appointment on November 9th.
I began my quest for smaller boobs by going to my PCP in May of 2018. She referred me to 6 weeks of physical therapy and gave me the referral to the pLastic surgeon. The PS wanted me to get an EMG to make sure the tingling in my fingers didn’t have any other causes. After my EMG, I called UHC and asked what the requirements were and they said it his has to be deemed medically necessary. So I submitted all my medical records to the PS office to start the authorization process and got approved on the first try.
I am in NJ and use Cooper Hospital doctors. They have a breast cancer treatment center and specialize in breast reconstruction, so I am praying their knowledge will help ensure I get a great result.
Let the countdown begin.....

First, some stats that I didn't put in my original post.
I'm 43 years old, 5'6, 165lbs
Had my pre-op yesterday 11/9. Since stalking the reviews on this site and researching, I had a list of questions on my phone lol. Feels like its so far out since I won't have surgery for almost a month. But as the surgeon said, it will fly by. I did not meet with the actual surgeon, but the same resident who was in my initial consult. This didn't make me feel warm and fuzzy, but I know it's the price of doing the procedure through the hospital
My surgery will take place in the hospital
I will have drains in for 1 day and will stay in the hospital overnight (I was not expecting that. Even though it does make me feel good to have that little extra cushion)
I do not need to shop for a post op bra yet. They will have me in a binder that they provide for about 2 weeks. After that, I can go shop and have the ability to try on some bras, so I have a good fitting one and I'm not just guessing what to buy
I do not need a FNG. The distance between where my nipple is and where it should be is 14. something cm and they only consider that for 22 cm + Yippeeee
I will have the tape on for about 2 weeks
Dissolvable stitches that are on the inside only. No external stitches
I'm a single mom and will need to drive before 2 weeks. I also drive a stick. He said as long as I'm not on narcotics and I'm not driving cross country, it will be OK
He would not give me a size per se, but that it would be in proportion to my body and I will look great. I told him I do not want a B or smaller. I'm not a small girl and it would look weird.
After the meeting, I went and did some blood work and made my post op appointment, so it would be something I didn't have to think about first thing after surgery.
It feels real now lol

I can’t wait to be able to work out without wearing 2 bras and still flopping all over the place. The instructor had us doing this one exercise on our back and my boobs were all under my neck. ????
One more week and I will be on the other side!
