Can't Hurt to Try

Just checking in.
I just switched from month three week two to the last set of trays for the month. I cannot believe how quickly my treatment is going. I haven't posted a progress photo in some time so I have attached an image of the start of my treatment VS that of the beginning of month three.

Month one progression
Here is a comparison of just the end of month one week three versus when I started my journey with smile Direct Club. I'm pleasantly surprised by my results so far. Cutting down my coffee consumption and brushing my teeth about 7 times a day (I'm a snacker, rather than a big meal eater) has helped whiten my teeth.

Wow they look so good already! I think I'm going to give them a try. Please keep us updated with your progress
Wow! You're making great progress already! I hope my teeth get that white. I only eat twice a day so I don't think they'll whiten as fast as yours lol

Month one week three and four
Last night I switched from my second aligner to my third for this month.
This tray feels a lot different than the past two trays. The plastic is a lot more thick (it seems as the plastic gets thicker each tray), and it feels like I have food stuck between my top and bottom molars. This tray is also much tighter than my last, and I can feel the pressure more intensely with this set.

Is the pressure painful or just annoying?
I change my trays every Monday evening before bed. I will not lie, it's pretty painful the next day. Nothing you can't live with it I just avoid eating hard foods for a day. I can tell which teeth are targeted by the trays because they're quite sensitive.
You'll probably feel annoyed by the trays for about a week when you first get them. But I say once I switched to tray two I was used to them. :)

Ok that's not bad. I'll probably need to get some soups or something for the next few days. And Oragel. The one thing I forgot to order with my other stuff lol.
