I hit the gym yesterday for the first time. I'm feeling it today! Love that sore feeling though. I got some work to do since I've been out 4 weeks but I am ready for it!

RELEASED!!!!
So yesterday was 3 weeks post-op...Today I went for a check up and the Dr released me to FULL ACTIVE DUTY!! I don't have to go back unless I feel I need to. I am one happy girl! I still have to wear the compression garment for 3 more weeks but as of this coming Monday I can hit the gym No Holds Barred!!!!! EXCITED is not even the word for me right now! Hope everyone is healing well!!

Omg so excited for you!!! I am right behind you for sure!!! How's the compression garment? Which one did you get?? Thinking about buying something else because my binder is flippen irritating the heck out of me mainly at night.. had to change into so slimming pantie last night because I was being stabbed by the binder and just couldn't get comfortable at all... I thought once those drains where gone then it would be smooth sailing... guess I was wrong.. there is always something!! How is everything looking?? Nice flat and tight?? So excited for you!!!

Swelling is coming down
Got my drains out Monday and let me just tell ya... IT WAS NOT FUN TIMES!!!!!! I am very glad to be rid of them. Went back to work that afternoon was a lil sore but nothing I can't handle! I am literally dying to get back in the gym. Patience though right? 3 weeks post-op coming up Monday!!!

Holy crap hot momma!! You look amazing!!! Oh I can't wait to be drain free... got one in until Monday then it's freedom!! Going back to work concerns me, but I work construction and lift all day long so gotta wait till I can return.. your swelling has really gone down.. you look amazing!!
