Week 10!
WORTH IT$30,000
I'm feeling 90% normal I'm still feeling very tight in my stomach. I continue to do the massages at my PS office to work on my scars. I have hardening/thickening on my vertical but time is only gonna fix that. I'm using the best of creams from my Dr but it's gonna take time. I'm back to working out 5 days a week and so happy to be back to my routine. I do get swelling still but overall I feel great! Everyone asks me if I would do this again and absolutely it's changed my life. I never had any dreams of being a super model but wanted all the loose skin gone and to be able to manuver easier and I definitely got that it's made a world of a difference with exercise! I can jump, squat, burpees, run so much easier! I'm one happy woman!

You look amazing and must feel so proud when you look at those pictures!! I look at old pictures of me and think was that really me?? How did I let myself get like that?! But part of the new me is healing about how that is the past and you can't change the past but I'm keeping this body for the future!

Back to Crossfit!
My passion is working out so I was very eager to get back in the gym. I actually didn't even visit the gym because I struggled with not working out. So I got the clear from my PS last Thursday at my 6 week he just said you know be smart about it. I went in on Saturday and it felt amazing. I'm definately learning what I can do and can't do and modifying what I can't. I find jumping, going over head and certain abs aren't working but there's still so much I can do. It's not about moving and getting back some energy. It felt amazing. I did have a lot of muscle soreness in my legs and abs but that's expected after all this time. I've done 3 classes since then and it's getting easier every time.

I hear you! While I was down on bed rest I dreamed about running! I am so happy to be back at it and have my first 5k race in April! Exercising is what helped me to get to this point! Now I have to keep it!

Yes exactly! I think so many of us on here worked out so much it's hard to be down. I knew that would be the hardest part for me. That's awesome you are doing your first 5k! I still can't run it just pulls too much how long after did you get to running? I have run a few half marathons and I would love to do another this Summer.
