I am in great shape, work out very high intensity, 2-3 times per week, eat well, but couldn't get rid of muffin top and love handles! The Surgery went great, but MUCH MORE PAINFUL than I expected! Plan on 3-4 days of nothing but pain meds and sleep! I was bruised and sore for good 2 weeks. I am VERY HAPPY with the results! People in my office have made tons of comments and my before/after pics are amazing!!
