To be honest as I am a patient who spend a lot of money to
cosmetic surgery all i hope is not just the result and I also hope for
the responsibility of the surgeon. I've to tell a little bit of my
health issue first. I've a Keloid on my wrist i had showed to my
surgeon at the
first time. And I ask my surgeon will i have the keloid after surgery?
My surgeon said '' I'm not sure we can try'' I never forgod this
conversation because i'm very concern about it. After surgery finally I
can see my scar turn to keloid on my both side. I've been follow up
with my surgeon all the time do anything they want me to do for scar
treatment until a year and half almost two year my surgeon start telling
me to remove the scar by surgery. And of course i ask my surgeon about
it going to cost for anything "My surgeon said It is no cost''
After that I decided to schedule for scar revision the surgeon teams ask
for my insurance card just to see if it approve or not as i am not
understand english much, I didn't realized why they were asking for my
insurance if it no cost for surgery. They're called me after that 2
weeks to tell me about my insurance were approved and they said i have
to pay for the surgery schedule date also have to pay for deductible.
I'm like... what ? Why do i have to pay for deductible? I do understand
that i have to pay for the surgery date. It is not my responsibility to
pay as i already ask my surgeon it's no cost for the surgery. After i
head that i was very upset and the team trying to tell me all about the
process that's i don't get it, It wasn't work that way ''I don't
understand'' plus i was very upset my re-action is upset them and they
were hang up on me. They 're not trying to explain me until i
understand but they just rather to hang up.
Then i found the realself website its quite too late for me i know about
all an experience from many people. But i really need help i don't
know who to ask for. I head that the surgeon won't do anything after
surgery two years, OMG i never know about that i have no time and it
look like my surgeon not going to make I don't know i was hopeing.
Anyways I'm trying to call them back again theirs re-acting back to me
is ignoring me just let me wait for the call from them and i never hear
it back. Even i walking into the clinic they still say they're going to
call me back i've been waiting for 4 week i continue to call them again '
Now they talk to me and refer me to somewhere else and telling me the
surgeon don't do scar revision anymore.
This is more upset me its make me feel like i just spend a lot of money and the surgeon have no responsibility.
Feb2 , 2016 I make a phone call to them again trying to ask them about
my scar revision they said there is nothing to do with me and " it
because my re-acttion at the last time plus time is change". They will
refer me to somewhere else. And when i ask them a question about the
surgeon will going to take care of the case like me or not. They said
they can't give me the answer then they have to hang up.
I am very disappointed about the surgeon more then the scar on my chest.
I do understand that i cannot give hope for 100% of the surgery result i
know that so well. But the surgeon have no word this is worst it.
I have nothing to win about this I just want to share my experience your
feeling my feeling be a surgeon not better the be a good surgeon.

Ann Arbor plastic Surgery is the biggest mistake in my life i am so disappointed.
- I cannot have more question with my doctor about my scar division after i got breast implants from them and its not even more then 2 year plus they're going to send me to another plastic surgeon.
- As I am foreigner not speak good english doesn't understand why it's cost so much after surgery, Especially it should be my doctor must take care of it. ( Staff have no patient trying to explain.
- They're keeping me wait and wait and wait never call me back.
- Trying to tell me the scar is my fault. ( How about the highly visible scar, Is that my fault? )
