African American / Asian Rhinoplasty

It’s been 10 months and I have had 2 steroid injections. The last one was about 3 months ago. Dr. Malhotra wants to see me back at the 1 year mark (February). Thus far I am not 100% please with the results. My nose is slightly crooked, which is not the end of the world for me. I do not see significant change to my nose. The tip is very rounded which I am not a fan of. My goal was to have a sharper more defined tip. I am not sure if it’s still swelling or built up scar tissue, just not what I expected this far along. I liked the shape better when the cast first came off shown in previous photos.
