33 Years Old, Had Trouble Breathing and I Didn't Like the Countour of my Nose. - Washington DC, DC

My nasal passage was slightly deviated and I was also concerned with how my nose pulled up when I smiled causing it to look really pointy. I sought consultation from Dr. Cohen and he perfected a procedure that fixed my breathing problems while correcting my cosmetic concerns. I was nervous about the surgery and I wasn't sure if the outcome would be what I wanted, seeing as how I wanted a minor fix to my nose. On the day of surgery he met with me and reviewed what he'd be doing. Still nervous, he reassured me that everything would be fine and he'd do a great job. After surgery I saw immediate results of his work and I was pleased!!! Not only did he contour my nose the way I wanted but he successfully did it with the least invasive surgery. He took a small piece of cartilage from my septum and placed it in the rim of my nostrils, like pillow case. He described his technique to me and I was happy that it wasn't as extensive as I thought. My follow up a week after my surgery revealed what I wanted from the procedure. He explained that there would still be swelling for up to a year but I was happy with what he had done. Its been over a year and I am still happy with what he has done! He continues to answer any questions I might have and I'd happily recommend him to anyone!
