Ive been wanting/ thinking about a breast augmentation since I was 14, when I realized what I had wasn't going to grow anymore.

I am very athletic and work out 5 times a week, which I know doesn't help my situation. But even when I do gain weight it ends up in my stomach way before my chest and I hate when my stomach pops out more than my breast. I am hoping for a natural look (aren't we all) that will fit my frame without going over board. Ive had one consultation with a doctor who I really like and trust. We went over my measurements and he showed me two options he started with the 275cc anatomical gummy bear saying that this would fit my frame and look the most natural.

My first thought was I was kinda disappointed how small it looked. I know its hard to tell when you are trying on the bra with the implants in them and then a tight skin colored shirt but they didn't impress me. Then I tried on the 300cc, in the photos he took they looked huge! But im not sure if it was the shadowing. I was leaning towards the 300cc as I felt if im going through the pain and the money I want to notice a difference. However, now im going back and forth between the two. I realize its a very small difference in size but curious to know what you guys think.

My boyfriend is probably the most concerned out of anyone that they will look too big. I value his opinion as he knows my body better than anyone else and my eyes only see the negative about myself.

I dont know my true bra size considering everything is little different and depending on how much im running they change. I currently wear a 32B from Victoria secret with push up and padding. I plan on doing the rice test once I buy a food scale.

Any other ladies out there with roughly the same measurements?

Hiya
I'm about 2weeks post Ba and I have 375cc silicone submuscular implants. I'm 5ft 3 and weighed 125lbs before surgery. In my experience the implants I tried on at my consultation looked a little bigger than when they are actually inside you. If I was you I would go for the 300cc because once they are in they will look natural and not that big. Otherwise you could end up like some other women on here who are disappointed that they went through the whole process only to be left feeling that they didn't go big enough. It is early days still in my recovery, but I am very happy so far with my result. Good luck with your procedure x

I would go with the 300CC. Its really not as big once it's all said and done. I got 300CC, started out a 32AA and can now for 32C/D. I love the way they look and it doesn't look unnatural at all. The only reason. I'm very grateful I listened to my surgeon and I couldn't be happier with my results.

You will look great with either size, there is not much difference between 25cc, about a table spoon (google it). I got 250 cc on Nov 18, 2016, look at my pics. I love mine!! You have a great shape and are fit and have very little as in no body fat, so 275cc may be the best size for you.

Im leaning towards the 275cc, I just looked at your before and afters they look soo nice! Perfect sizing and proportion which is what im looking for. You started with a little more than I have so im hoping to land around where you are now. Also, can I please look like you when im 52!? xoxo

Awe, xoxo, thank you! I was not unhappy with my breast until about 3 years ago when aging depleted my upper pole. A 37 yr old girl in my Barre class did it in Sept and so did mine in November at the same office but different doctors. I had no idea there were so many differ shapes and sizes of implants

Hi! I'm 5'7", and about 127lbs now. I was about 125, but just had my BA on Friday the 17th. I was in the same boat as you. Convinced a wanted something in the 250cc-300cc range, and when I went on my first consultation with my doctor, the 275cc and the 300cc looked HUGE!! But I think it was because for 37 years I was used to nothing on my chest. I was bare an A cup. The bras that I work were 36As from the pre-teen section at J.C.Penny. :) And I didn't even fill those cups. I made rice sizers in 250cc, 275cc, 300cc, & 325cc. I wore those interchangeably to work every day for a good six months. The more I work them, the more I liked the 300cc. They looked extremely natural and could hardly tell under my clothes.

When I got to my pre-op I told the doctor I had like the 300cc best, and showed him my wish pictures, which were mostly for shape more than volume. I was also convinced I wanted a moderate plus profile. Both the doctor and the surgical coordinator were happy I chose the 300ccs and since I would be going under the muscle, I would be getting the 325cc high profile, due to the slight tuberousness/constriction of my breasts and narrow chest, and because I chose to go under the muscle. If I wanted I could even go with a 350/375, and I would still only be a C cup.Naturally, I was worried they'd be too big and stick out way too much. Then the more I thought about it, maybe I had to trust the doctor. He does know more than I do. He's the professional. The next day I emailed the surgical coordinator, and asked her if he could also bring the 350cc/375cc into the OR as well. She said yes, and that a handful of other sizes and profiles had been ordered, and he would decide which looked the best and most natural.

I ended up with the 350cc high profiles, and I could not be happier! But it is almost 100 more cc's than what I thought for sure I wanted.

If you go to my profile, you can see how high and tight they are still, but under my clothes, you can't even tell. And today I was given the strap to push the implants down into the new pockets.

The best advise I can give, is get what makes you comfortable, but also trust your doctor!!

Which ever you choose, I'm sure you'll look beautiful!!
