Its too early to say, if the treatment was successful, its only 2 weeks post op. But I will update the post later.
The treatment was not painful at all. Really friendly lady from Doctors @ SOAP, she explained that I need to be patient with results, that some other veins can appear next to the one that we will remove, explained about compression stockings I need to wear. Since we treated 7-9 veins in total, it was a light treatment and I paid only 160 EUR.
I was wearing compression for 2 days the whole time, and then 5 more days only during the day time. The only uncomfortable feeling is its annoying to ride a bike in compression stockings and my skinny jeans looked too tight. And there are marks on the upper hips that you can see through jeans (tight bandage) and I needed to wear long sweaters to cover up.

Thank you for your post and your pics? How many weeks does it take before you'll see your results?
Hi Chris, the first follow up meeting (or call if I will be busy) is in 6 weeks. I can say that some veins disappeared instantly. and some first disappeared at first and then turn brown, and it takes them 6 week to fade out. I will keep this post updated
Do you have any updates? I am 30yo and had sclerotherapy today to deal with dark prominent veins on the backs of my legs. I didn't really do much research so the procedure was rather impulsive, but I was just so tired of being self conscious of my legs. I'm curious to see how successful your treatment was?
Hi @j4kaxwel, thank you for your question. In fact some veins totally gone (side of the leg, or below the knees), but some I believe are still there. Overall feeling - it looks better. But its still not ideal. I'll make the comparison photos and will post in several days :)

I think I will return for under knee vein treatment soon.
