Went out for a few hours today , had a soup while out all good. 15mibs after felt like my heart was coming out of m chest had to go home and lay down ????

It might be something in what you ate. For some reason, potatoes do that to me now. They make my heart race, my bp goes up and I feel bad for about 30 min... I learned to stay away from them. I love potatoes...they don't love me anymore :( you should start keeping track of the things you eat and how they affect you for a while so you can see what you may have to stay away from for awhile/ever. 8 day post off

Feeling good.
But I can do a little and all of a sudden I feel exhausted and need to just rest. Is this normal

Yes. This happens. It will most likely happen a lot in the first month or so. Your not getting a lot of protein and nutrients your used to getting and your body is adjusting to that anday having had a major trauma. I'm so exhausted latelyou and I'm 17 post op.

Day 7 post op

Today is the day I have my Drainage removed .
Feeling scared ????????????
Will be first time I have weighed fingers crossed ????????????????????????????????

Whoop lost 3kg since surgery.
You're doing awesome! I didn't have any drainage tubes, not sure why some people do and some don't.
