Had my first good night!

Slept well last night for the first time! That was my 4th night after surgery

I have been wanting to get my breasts done for...

I have been wanting to get my breasts done for about 5 years now. I finally got together the money and went through with it. I have 4 kids, all of whom were breastfed and this left me with deflated breasts with lose skin. I am 5 foot 7 inches , weigh 155 pounds and have a muscular athletic frame. I have larger than average pectoral muscles as I am lift 6 days a week. After tons of research I decided to go with Gummy bear implants. My plastic surgeon thought they would give me a more natural slope as opposed to a shelf because I had very little fat. I went with the 425 cc maximum width moderate profile shaped implant. The surgery was this past thursday and went smoothly. When I woke up I felt like my ribcage was being crushed, and my back was in a lot of pain. I had a terrible 2 days after surgery with very little sleep, lots of crying, severe back pain...it was much worse than I expected. The back pain was the worst part of it and I am still not sure why. I had to have a constant heating pad on my back. I finally found on day 4 that in addition to hydrocodone and a muscle relaxer I also had to alternate in advil, that was the only thing that seemed to give my any relief. Now, I am finally feeling like Im improving after 3 days of hell. I wonder if I would have taken advil in the beginning if it would have made a difference, I wish I would have tried.

My other concern is that my breasts are wide set and I wish they were closer together but from what I have read it seems that this is the anatomy that I am stuck with and theres not much that can be done. And even though they are wide set I am still happier with them than without the implants. I also think that I should have possibly gone a little bigger, I knew women say this after and I probably should have listened and gone with a 500 cc implant. I like how mine look right now as fart as size but I am concerned to they will get smaller and I will be disappointed. I live in Buffalo NY and the surgery was done with Dr Todd Koch in Amherst/Williamsville.

Dr. Koch has been amazing, he spent tons of time with me helping me to pick out the right implant. He used a vectra machine to give me a very realistic view of how they would look. He also has been calling to check on me and gave me his cell number so I could call him anytime. Overall I would absolutely recommend him. I think he is the best in the area based on my and many people I know experiences. He made me feel comfortable and I didnt feel rushed or pressured. He also has been using Gummy Bear implants since they were available and many doctors around here have not.
