I got my abdominal liposuction done at American...
I got my abdominal liposuction done at American Lipo Center by Dr. Kristopher Hamwi. The procedure went well and pain was manageable. I saw results right away but couldn't wait until the swelling went down to see the full results. I went to Pur Beauty Massage in Alexandria for 6 sessions of lipo massage to help with smoothing out nodules and enhancing my results. I LOVE THEM!! That made a difference to me. I started working out 2 weeks after surgery (because I just couldn't afford to wait longer fearing that I would pick up weight) and just avoided doing ab work.
It's now 4 moths later and I still have a gu (fat above the muscle). I kept waiting for it to go away but it didn't. :-( I have health conditions that make losing weight very hard for me so I know that is a contributor. Even though I have maintained intense physical activity throughout the 4 months post-op (the standard time they say to wait to see your full results). I still have a major gut (fat above the muscle), I have had way more cheat days than I ever should have. I know the doctors say they don't promise perfection but I really believe that I should have a flatter abdomen from the procedure. It take's me looking at my before pics to be reminded of the progress that was made but I almost wish I could get another session to FINISH the job.
Ill probably get a few more massage session from Pur Beauty to see if I can get there.
