Week 1 - current
3.5 weeks Post
My biggest struggles have been having to wear the garment 23 hrs a day especially when all I want is to be "free". I feel so constricted!!!
Also skin tightening = rock hard area = massage, which all means some type of discomfort and/or pain. Weeks 1-2 were the worst ever when it came to swelling, tightening pain, nerve pains and massages. The massages hurt but provide relief to the knots.
I know I have a more active desk job which helps to prevent stiffness but some days I just rather lay in bed and do nothing due to not feeling too great. You definitely have to take the good with the bad, right!?
Sleeping: I sleep better with binder on especially as a side sleeper but I noticed that sleeping on my back provides the best relief to pain/discomfort.
Ive realized that my stomach hardness has been worse than my sister's (sigh) not sure why that is. I know we all heal differently but ijs. We speculate it's because I'm more active than she is. I'm glad to see things smoothing out skin wise looks good.
Oh btw tying a shoe or bending down is a real chore as I always get nerve pain which I hate that feeling.
I'm excited to see what the next few weeks will look like. Glad that the worst weeks are over with as for a moment I cried about maybe I shouldn't have done lipo as the post-op pain in week 1-2 was mind blowing rough.
Side Note: Debbie noticed a ridge forming on my 1 week post op, I've noticed it since day 1 post (taking pictures help track progress) my hope is that it smoothed and evens out otherwise I'll be a unhappy camper
Anyways - Ttyl until next time

Ouchhhh!!!
So over this skin tightening/hard stomach, pin needle sensitivity touch and soreness. Idk if my garment is too tight but I'm thinking it is (Marena size small). It's not like I was measured for it but with the new swelling I think that I may try wearing just the binder to work.
These last 2 days at work have been tough (work in property management so sitting & walking job). Pain med not relieving enough!!!
I can tell my swelling has increased including started swelling in pube area :(
My belly button & under breast/ribs area hurt the worst.
