19 Day post op!

WORTH IT$12,000
I'm surviving! It's day 19 and I actually have energy today! I seem to have a good day and then am completely exhausted the next. I'm hoping that goes away soon. I kicked up the vitamins and we FINALLY have some sunshine here - fingers crossed.
My boobs are settling a bit. Still pretty swollen and I have the swelling under one arm that's no fun. I'm amazed at how quickly the bruising and swelling from lipo has calmed down. I'm faithfully wearing my compression garment..found a shorter option because it's too hot to wear a Capri length 24/7.
I went bra shopping last week and started at Soma. They said I was a 36D. I left with two bras but was dying after an hour in it. I went to Nordstrom over the weekend and had a certified fitter measure me and what a difference! She said I was right in between a 32 & 34 - I opted for the 34DD because of the swelling.nit fits like a dream..such a relief. I bought a Natori and love it. Went back for more colors and a racer back style.
I'm ready to start working out again but PS said to give it another week before I go anything strenuous and no upper body work for 6 weeks. Bummer. I feel like my arms are losing tone.
So far so good. I'm posting a couple of pics..wearing silicone tape so my nipples look a bit odd. (I think I might have over taped lol!)

Looking really good. How long did you have pain for after the breast lift? I'm having mine in september but a little nervous. Your surgeon did a great job!
I didn't have any intense pain from the lift. It was very tight and sore for a few days but not umbearable. The main feeling was pressure on my chest and it felt difficult to take a deep breath. I would say day 1-2 was about a 6 for pain. I honestly hurt more from the lipo! My incision sites felt tight so I was really carefully reaching for things and raising my arms. My first lift/aug was over the muscle and didn't hurt much at all that I recall. I had a TT that time, so that was my pain source!! It's honestly not terrible. You will sleep most of day 1. Have someone close to help you in and out of bed. I kept a little bell to ring if I needed something. Day 2, I was up and around..just moving slow. Take your meds on time!!! Set your alarm and have them out and ready. I couldn't twist any caps for a week. You will do fantastic! So worth it!
And buy a bed wedge. I found one on Anazon for about $50. That and a really good neck roll pillow made all the difference. I can't sleep in a chair, so it was a great solution for me.
Thanks for all the tips and advice...only hope mine turn out as good as yours, I would be one happy lady :^)

Day 12 update

Feeling much better! Swelling is minimal in the mornings now. Right breast seems to be dropping a bit, right is still higher. I'm having swelling under my arms that is a bit hard and uncomfortable.
Bruising is betting better daily. I'm wearing a spanx garment when I go out but strap into the torture surgical garment at home. As much as I hate it, it holds everything in. I need the foam later as it is getting too big now. Excited about that!

You look amazing! How are you doing?
Thank you! I'm hanging in there. It's day to day on energy. I feel drained pretty quickly. But pain is minimal other than the lipo sites and some tightness in my chest. I'm ready to get my spark back!
