AMAZING Revision Rhinoplasty with Dr. Joseph

Dr. Joseph is truly a miracle worker & I can’t recommend him enough. In March of 2019 I had a pretty traumatic experience getting a rhinoplasty with a different surgeon. Not only was I even more insecure about my nasal appearance afterwards than I was before (it came out crooked with a very bulbous and droopy tip), but it left me with difficulty breathing that I had never experienced in my life. I was completely devastated over my results because I had been wanting a rhinoplasty for over ten years. When I was around 6 months post-op, I decided to make an appointment with Dr. Joseph to get a second opinion since my first surgeon was being extremely dismissive & unhelpful with addressing my concerns. Dr. Joseph spent over an hour with me that day thoroughly evaluating my nose and addressing all the issues I was noticing. He spent way more time with me during that visit than my first surgeon had ever spent with me during an appointment, and I wasn’t even technically one of Dr. Joseph’s patients at the time. Leaving his office that day I knew that I was eventually going to need a revision, but I also felt relieved knowing that I could have Dr. Joseph do the job. I didn’t even consult with any other surgeons for my revision because I knew I wouldn’t find someone who made me feel as comfortable as he did. You can tell he actually genuinely cares about his patients which was the only thing that made me feel confident enough to go through this surgery a second time. I don’t think I would have trusted anyone else to perform this procedure on me again.

As soon as I hit the 1-year mark from my first surgery, I went back to his office to do my official revision rhinoplasty consultation. I was absolutely in love with the results we came up with on his computer imaging, and I could tell how confident he was that we would get great results. The pandemic hit almost immediately after my consultation and I had to wait until July to get my surgery done, but it was well worth the wait.

The day of my surgery, he went out of his way to make sure I felt calm and comfortable before heading into the operating room. I was pretty anxious because I couldn’t have my mom come in with me this time around due to COVID restrictions. Dr. Joseph came into the waiting room with me to say a prayer & go over everything he was planning on doing one last time, which meant a lot to me. Later on that day when I went home and was changing my gauze, I could already see that I loved my new nose even before the cast came off. I could immediately tell that it looked so much better than it did the first time around. The day the cast came off I was absolutely over the moon. My mom and I both agreed that my revised nose job looked 10x better one week post-op even with all the swelling than my first nose job looked one year after healing. I’m now around 4 months post-op and it keeps getting better and better every day (and I can breathe perfectly!!!). I didn’t even think it was possible to see such amazing results so early on in the healing process, especially after a revision. I’m no longer afraid of taking pictures or afraid of people noticing that my nose looks botched, it seriously looks like I could have been born with this nose. It’s cute, feminine & fits my face perfectly. Dr. Joseph is a master!! If you’re looking to get a rhinoplasty then look no further, he truly saved my nose and my confidence. I seriously cannot say enough great things about my experience with him!
