My name is Shazia and I am from Lucknow. I recently visited Olmec Hospital for my gender affirmation surgery and my overall experience has been extremely positive and satisfying.
I came to Olmec Hospital with the plan of undergoing two procedures together, PIB and breast implant surgery. I successfully underwent both surgeries at the hospital and I am very happy with the decision I made.
I would especially like to appreciate Dr Narendra Kaushik for his professionalism, experience, patience, and kindness. From my first interaction with him, I felt comfortable and confident. He explained the procedures clearly, answered my questions, and helped me understand what to expect before, during, and after the surgery. He also took the time to understand my fears and concerns, which made a huge difference to me.
Before surgery, I naturally had a lot of anxiety and nervousness, but the way Dr Narendra Kaushik explained everything and supported me helped reduce my fear. I had complete belief in him and his surgical skills, and after going through the entire experience, I feel that my trust in him was absolutely justified. His professional approach and the confidence he gave me made my surgical journey much easier.
The hospital staff at Olmec Hospital were also very kind, supportive, and cooperative. Throughout my stay, I felt that the staff were attentive and respectful. They made me feel comfortable and helped me whenever I needed assistance. Their behaviour, kindness, and support added a lot of positivity to my overall experience.
I was also very satisfied with the cleanliness and hygiene maintained at Olmec Hospital. A clean and hygienic environment is extremely important when undergoing surgery, and I felt comfortable with the overall hospital environment and the level of cleanliness maintained during my stay.
Another thing I really appreciated was the transparent payment policy at Olmec Hospital. There was clarity regarding the expenses, which gave me additional peace of mind during an already important and emotional period of my life.

My recovery has also been very encouraging. Within just 14 days, I was able to walk around comfortably, get ready, and manage my activities much better. I am now preparing to return home, and I feel that my recovery has been quite fast and smooth for me.
