If you want 10 years shaved off your face, whilst looking like you haven't had anything done, Dr. Gould is a fantastic choice. As a healthcare worker, I researched the field thoroughly looking for the perfect surgeon - I wanted someone whose work was outstanding, who was meticulous, someone who was experienced but not so experienced that they delegated the surgical opening/ closing to a Fellow, and someone with a good support team. Dr Gould performed beyond my expectations in all areas. The pain was minimal, and after 2 weeks with my hair down I could go out and about without anyone noticing. The preauricular incisions were quickly imperceptible. And Dr. Gould and his support team were there every step of the way 24 x 7. Not just Tami, his AMAZING nurse, or Cory, his OUTSTANDING PA (both have decades of experience between them), but also Dr. Gould himself. I'm not going to lie and say that a deep plane facelift is a walk in the park, like some others have said, because it is an invasive surgery involving deep trauma and prolonged healing. But at 3 months I can confidently say that I am thrilled with the results and that I would do it again in a heartbeat. Ultimately I highly recommend Dr. Gould, and his longstanding extremely experienced team.

Thanks so much! I love Deep plane facelift results because they empower patients and allow them to recognize the person they see in the mirror. I love helping patients look better and refreshed not different!

As a health care worker you must be aware that at 4 months you are still in the "Honeymoon phase with nice swelling and tight tissues. At 1 year to 15 months that is when you will have a result. Best of luck. Would love to hear your review at a year mark
