Dr Patrick Proffer was very informative. He listened to my concerns and explained the procedure step by step, in a down to earth, easy way to understand manner. I wrote down a list of questions to ask from different experiences I had read on here. He actually covered most of the questions before I even had to ask.

Monica, his surgical coordinator , returned my calls and went over the discharge instructions. She was also very informative as well as encouraging. A woman by the name of Karen called the day before to make sure I had filled my scripts and wore a zip or button shirt.
I would recommend him to family and friends , and would definitely chose him again in the future.
