I had the mommy makeover (breast implants and tummy tuck). I'm a runner and was in good shape, but had no boobs and abdominal separation. I said I would never have plastic surgery, but I was unhappy with how I looked. It was the best decision, I ever made! This is a painful recovery, but well worth it in the long run. I have silicone implants under the muscle. I am much more confident, and would do this over again in a heartbeat!
