I was excited to finally rid myself of my oversized breasts and all the reviews for Dr. Proffer were excellent. His staff was very friendly. The doctor very knowledgeable. Unfortunately after my surgery, I got an infection in my left breast that caused severe scarring. Not only that, the incisions that were made to account or the drains left sagging skin around the incision areas. I'm not satisfied with the results of the surgery at all. Not just the scarring but the size in general. I asked to be taken down to a full C cup but I'm more like a small B. The doctor, after looking at the results offered me implants! Anyone looking at my breasts can see that they need SERIOUS plastic surgery to correct the damage that was done. They look worse now than they did before the surgery. In order for this doctor to fix this, I have to pay more money. I would NOT recommend this doctor for breast reduction, based on my results, and the lack of concern he seems to have about the results after the fact.

Pre-surgery the doctor was great. He was attentive, knowledgeable and very friendly. Same afterwards. The only issue I have is he refuses to fix my breasts without me paying him more money.
