I am a 34 year old mother of four, but have given birth twice - once to twins who are now 4 1/2 and then to another little girl who is now almost 21 months old. I am 5'9, 150 lbs., and I have been running for about a year now. My tummy is never going to be the same again, uless I have this surgery. Of course, my breasts won't either! My surgery is scheduled for April 15th and I am very excited about the outcome, but I am very nervous, as well!

Please tell me that I'm not the only one that is a nervous wreck before their surgery! I feel selfish - Like I'm doing something unnessesary while my children are still so little. I really want this, though - I've worked really hard to lose weight and my tummy actually GETS IN MY WAY when I run - not that it's huge, I just can feel it and I hate it. I want to be able to wear a bikini again. I guess you all know how I feel - just someone please help me feel better about my decision.

Well, after I posted this the other day, my husband and I talked and we decided to postpone my surgery until the fall. It's more for financial reasons than anything else, but I am still so so excited to do this later this year!

OKAY! So, I'm scheduled for my lift, augmentation, and mini tt one week from today! I'm so excited, but also nervous - if I wasn't a mommy I probably wouldn't be so nervous.

When I cancelled my surgery back in the spring, I started working out hard and heavy to the TurboFire program. At the end of the program, I had lost 13 lbs. and 20 inches - 7 inches off my waist alone. I went back for another consultation a month ago to see about changing my full tt to a mini. My PS was amazed at the difference in my body, but especially my tummy! So, a mini it is!

I teach a fitness class and I am wondering how long it was before you could get back to exercising? I know it will be a while - especially with core stuff, but my girls will be wanting me to teach soon after the new year!
