I have never had perky breasts! I am a 32 year old mother of 2 boys (5 and 3), i am 5'4 and 137 lbs. I have always had problems with my weight so when I graduated high school i lost 90 lbs and then gained it with my first pregnancy and then lost the weight again. When i got pregnant with my second child I gained 90 again and lost the weight again.
I have been needing and wanting a breast lift for many years and finally took the plunge on Dec 12, 2012!!!!! I had a very kind and caring ps, Dr Gonzalez did a wonderful job!!!! My left breast was a good bit larger than my right so he put 300 cc saline under muscle with a lollipop lift on my left and 370 cc saline under muscle on my right. My recovery was extremely easy and much less painful than i expected!! My scars are fading really well, and I could not be happier.

Wonder why he didn't do an anchor lift to get a higher nipple placement? I'm thinking a anchor lift would help tighten up the skin envelope to give you a perkier result. How are your results now many years later? I hope their still desirable. I went for a natural look too. You can read my review anytime.
