Last nite with my dd breast I'm getting them reduce Lipo lifted tomorrow I will do updates before and after pics answer any.question I will answer insurance questions as well I'm nervous happy scared.all at the same time I can't wait till the healing process I will let you ladies know everything I bought to prepare

Use am very please so far with Dr Gonzalez and his team they were nice and helpful it about 3 hrs I slept the whole time I am not in that much pain but some discomfort if you have any questions feel free to ask I will upload photos before and after they gave Me pain meds to help they did not give ice packs tho buy some

day 1 after breast reduction
My.Lipo underarm snapback hurts I have feeling.in my.left nipple so far the pain is not to bad a I have way my pics to. Post just having a hard time I'm currently ice packing them I'm just trying to rest for now

Rest, rest, rest, and walk a little when you can. Walking a little helps with circulation which speeds healing. The first day I was in the hospital. When I got up to go to the bathroom I would walk back and forth along the bed for a couple minutes. The day nurse, who was awsome, said that was just perfect and that little bit was enough to make a big difference. So, even if all you can do is a tiny bit, don't feel it isn't enough, and don't do it till you are ready either. You are going to feel a lot better in a day or two. Hang in there!

Thanks does your nipples stay hard and how long did it take for swelling to go down
