For the past 9 years I have dreamt of getting a tummy tuck. My dream became a reality when I decided I was done with childbearing and the perfect timing will never really arrive. No more excuses, I lost all the weight I could possibly loose. My results are still in progress since it’s only been about 10days since OP, but I want to share my results with those who seek to enhance the beautiful body they live in.

An update...

I'm feeling better everyday... Totally loving my look!!!! Made a collage; can you tell the difference?

Tomorrow is my 3wk post op...

So, it's totally true! The swelling gets worse by 2.5 – 3rd wk, and here I am super swollen, more than ever! These pictures I'm uploading have bad lighting (sorry for that, I like my room dark and relaxed). I'm still banged up with bruising around my body, totally normal, but nothing a little pain killer can't handle. My scar was to light and perfect till the swelling came about and WOW!!! It looks so scary, but from what I have seen, it seems normal. My incision was extended to my back because I requested an hour glass body, no dog ears, and no back rolls and with the extra fat and skin I had, it was needed. My surgeon is amazing because he went above and beyond to make sure my back rolls were gone. (Dr. Fiala is a perfectionist)

At times I can stand up straight and as the evening approaches I get pulled by my muscles, and I find myself bent forward.. I heard it natural. I'm still in bed-rest, and I walk around the house for a little exercise. As well as, to see how my family is keeping up with my home and 3 kids. Support is number 1 when it comes to getting a TT, and I couldn't do this without my amazing family. The hubby gave up on my “to do list” during the beginning of the second week of post op; "man" I tell you!! So, you'll have to let it all go and just heal!

Nothing fits!!!

Although I'm still swollen, nothing fits!!!! How exciting!!!!! I just gave away all kinds of clothes. =)

4 wks post op.

Friday (7/19/13) I was exactly my 4th week post op. I saw my amazing surgeon, Dr. Filala, on my 3wk 6days post op appointment (yes I've been seening him on a weekly bases and driving 4-5 hours round trip). He recommended a rolling pin to roll any lumps and bumps from the lipo.. After receiving massages, I still had these lumps, but my Doctor's technique worked like a miracle by my husband. In less than an hour of my husband rolling a pin all over my body with a lot of pressure, all the bumps and lumps were gone. Although it hurt terribly, I feel brand new. =) Super grateful for my beloved husband's help and my surgeon's advice. I'm just doing light duties around the house, shopping while my hubby pushes the cart because I'm still taking it easy to ensure I treat my body with kindness as it's still healing. I'm not 100% normal, but I feel fabulous in my 4th wk of healing...

5 WEEKS POST-OP.

My first outing in heels..I'm still a little swollen.. Overal I felt great, and I had a BLAST!!

Loving my results!!!!!!!!!!

It been hard to find time to update my results with school, kids, responsibilities, and enjoying the new me. So far, I'm loving my reults.

Feeling and looking better than ever..

This picture was taken on Sept. 22, 2013 right before my wedding anniversary photo-shoot. I would have never imagine looking this fabulous in my life. With the tummy tuck and lipo of my flank, this is the new me!!! My surgeon was right about my buttock improving with lipo above and on the sides of it. He didn't have to add anything to my buttock for it to improve. Thank you Dr. Fiala for the new me. I love my surgeon! Can't wait for my boob lift and a couple other things. He's the one to go to...

Out on a date with my babe.

My hubby took my dancing... and I danced the night away with him! lol

Wow... I'm loving my results more and more...

Can't believe it's been about 9 months already.. feels like I have been this slim my whole life... if it wasnt for the pics I wouldn't believe it.. It true, sometimes we forget where we came from. I still don't feel comfortable doing ab work. It feels too tight and kind of aches on the first attempt during the process of going up for a full sit up. There are days if I do too much I get a little swollen and I know its time to take it easy. However, I couldn't feel better about my health and overall result. Dr. Fiala has truly enhanced my life.

Pics...

I love my results.. Cant wait to see Dr. Fiala for my breast lift and freeze the fat on my thighs. Lol

1 year anniversary!

My anniversary is being celebrated with a before and after picture not junk food. Lol :) More pictures to come.

When I came across Dr. Fiala, I just knew he was “The One”. He is a perfectionist, and I love that! His staff is the top of the line in professionalism, and they all acquire a caring loving heart. During my night stay in recovery I was very well taken care of by an amazing nurse named Karen. I just wanted to take her home with me. So far I’m in love with my result and couldn’t be happier. Dr. Fiala is worth every sacrifice I’ve made. Thank you Dr. Fiala for making my dream a reality!!!
